With over 18 years of maritime experience and more than 15 years as a Chief Engineer on board ocean-going chemical tankers, Humayun Kabir Chowdhury brings a wealth of expertise to the marine industry. He has worked with multinational crews from renowned foreign shipping companies and has an extensive track record in the operation, maintenance, and management of marine engines and machinery spaces.
His experience includes overseeing vessel inspections, surveys, dry docking, and vessel takeovers, along with managing engineering departments efficiently. Holding certifications like Marine Engineer Class-1 from Singapore, Ship Surveyor Certification, and specialized courses on diesel engines, welding, and electrical maintenance, Humayun demonstrates his commitment to technical excellence.

Engineer A.K.M Mohiuddin, (MEO-1, Singapore)

A.K.M. Mohiuddin is a highly accomplished Marine Chief Engineer with over 21 years of experience in the maritime industry, including a significant tenure with Maersk Line. He holds the prestigious titles of Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Chartered Marine Engineer (CMarEng) and is a proud member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (MIMarEST). Additionally, he is certified ship surveyor by the Directorate General of Shipping in Bangladesh. With expertise in marine engineering principles, ship power systems, and project management, Mohiuddin has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical capabilities. His role at Maersk Line includes overseeing vessel operations, maintenance, risk management, and ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations such as MARPOL.
